Situated in the heart of Fairfax County, the Merrifield Commercial Revitalization Area, (CRA), is located between I-66, the Capital Beltway, and the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station – making it an ideal location for vibrant mixed use developments such as Halstead Square and the Mosaic District – a new town center that incorporates residential, retail, and office spaces that is attracting new residents and bringing economic benefits to the surrounding community.   Combined with it’s central location, these dynamic commercial centers have attracted several national institutions and companies, including the Inova Center for Personalized Health and several Fortune 500 corporate headquarters.
